Ename Classic

On Saturday, March 7, 2026, the Ename Classic will open a new season of the Proximus Cycling Challenge. A wonderful opening of the season that sets the tone for a series of challenging cycling tours through the most beautiful regions of our country. The Ename Classic is a good first test for those who have been training hard in recent months. For others, it’s the perfect time to wake up from their winter (cycling) sleep. Because Ename is synonymous with connection. It brings together all cycling enthusiasts around what they love most: cycling!

A few unknown but steep climbs, easier sections through beautiful landscapes, that’s what the Ename Classic is all about. In short, it is the ideal course to test and refine your physical condition. The start of a cycling season that will undoubtedly be long and enjoyable.

The start is planned in Oudenaarde, a city closely linked to cycling as racing enthusiasts know. On the program, four beautiful courses of 65 km, 90 km, 120 km or 150 km.

We will end in the best possible way: the Roman brewery will quench your thirst by offering you a small abbey Ename for each participant.
